AI integration and training

We put AI to work across your whole company. Then we train your people to use it.

AI agents now read, write, analyze, decide, and act across your systems for cents a task. We plan it, pick the agents, build the tools, wire it all in, and run the numbers. Every person on your team gets 5 to 10x more done.

Built for a sales team in 17 days. Sample data.

What just happened

The biggest shift in work since the computer. Already here.

Running now in companies you compete with. We'll bring yours across.

Agents, not chatbots

A chatbot answers a question. An agent takes a job: reads the inbox, pulls the records, writes the document, updates the system, checks its own work, and asks a human only when it should. That's what changed.

The cost collapsed

A task that cost a person forty minutes costs an agent a few cents, and with the right model, caching, and batching, a fraction of that. At any volume the economics aren't close.

The gap is opening

Companies running on this are compounding: faster hiring, faster quoting, faster everything, with the same headcount. The ones that wait will be buying from the ones that didn't.

What becomes possible

Everything below exists today.

We've built most of it. We know what each one costs per task. The only question is what your company runs first.

Documents and data

  • Anything in becomes structured data

PDFs, photos, emails, voicemails, spreadsheets. Read, classified, extracted, filed, and cross-checked against what you already have.

  • Contracts, policies, and reports read for you

The clause that matters, the number that changed, the deadline that's buried on page 40. Surfaced in seconds, with the citation.

  • Your systems finally talk

The CRM, the accounting system, the inbox, the spreadsheet nobody admits runs the department. Agents move the data so people don't.

Communication

  • Every follow-up drafted, in your voice

Customer updates, quotes, collections, renewals, replies. Drafted from the record, waiting for a tap, sent, logged.

  • Phones that answer themselves

Voice agents that book, qualify, confirm, and hand off to a human the moment it matters. Twenty-four hours a day, in any language.

  • Meetings that end with the work done

Recorded, summarized, actions assigned, follow-ups drafted, calendar updated. Before anyone's back at their desk.

Numbers and analysis

  • Reports that write themselves

Weekly numbers, variance explained in plain English, the three things leadership should look at. Every Monday, nobody built it.

  • Forecasts and models from your real data

Cash flow, demand, staffing, pricing. Agents that are good at math, pointed at the data you've been sitting on.

  • Audits that don't take a quarter

Every invoice against every contract. Every expense against policy. Every record against the one it should match.

Content and creative

  • Copy, slides, and documents on demand

Proposals, decks, SOPs, training manuals, marketing. Drafted to your standard, in your brand, in minutes.

  • Video, voice, and images

Product videos, training videos, voiceovers, ad creative. The right generation models for each, run by people who know which ones are actually good.

  • Personalization at scale

A thousand customers, a thousand different messages, each one right. Not a mail merge.

Software

  • Software conjured for your niche

The tool that doesn't exist because your operation is too specific for any vendor to build it. We build it in weeks and you own it.

  • Your own command center

One place where the owner sees what's due, who's waiting, what's stale, and what the agents did overnight.

  • Legacy systems, modernized

The spreadsheet, the Access database, the vendor that charges per seat. Replaced with something yours.

People and operations

  • Hiring, screened and scheduled

Resumes read against the actual job, candidates ranked, interviews scheduled, references chased.

  • Onboarding that trains itself

A learning hub that knows your processes, answers new-hire questions, and tracks who's ready.

  • Quality and compliance, continuous

Every output checked against the rule. Every exception flagged. Every record audit-ready.

Nobody re-types, re-reads, re-formats, or chases. Your people do the work only a person can do, and ten times more of it.

Role by role

Tuesday, after.

One person at a time. Every "after" is running somewhere today.

Front desk and intake

Before

Re-types the same name, address, and policy number into three systems. Chases missing documents by phone.

After

A photo, a PDF, or an email becomes the record. The system sorts the documents, asks for what's missing, and the person checks instead of types.

40 min a day

re-keying, gone

Sales

Before

Follow-up depends on memory and a notebook in the truck. Orders come in as PDFs that someone has to read.

After

Each morning: who to contact, why, and a draft already written in their words. Invoices become orders on drop.

186

contacts loaded from one photo

Service and operations

Before

"Ask Dana, she knows how." Process lives in people's heads. New hires take months.

After

Every workflow written down, with an agent that answers "how do we handle a…" and a learning hub that trains the next hire.

Weeks

not months, to onboard

Billing and the office

Before

Invoices built by hand from email threads. Payments reconciled at month end. Things fall through.

After

The invoice drafts itself from the work, waits for one tap, goes out, and matches the deposit when it lands.

Under 1 hr

a week on the books

The owner

Before

"Let me check and get back to you." Status lives in six places. Every decision needs a meeting.

After

A morning brief: what's due, who's waiting on whom and for how long, what's gone stale. Ask the system a question, get the answer.

1 page

every morning

The standard we build to

Every action logged. What ran, on which model, how long, what it cost. Audit-ready by default.
Humans approve what matters. Money, legal, customers: an agent prepares it, a person taps it. Nothing else slows down.
Measured before it ships. Every agent has an eval set. We know its accuracy before your team does.
Runs on your accounts. Your keys, your data, your systems. Owned, not rented.

Expertise

The right agent for every job. This week.

The field changes monthly. We route across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google and re-test against your work every week.

  • Writing copy, proposals, customer messages

A frontier reasoning model at high effort, with your voice and style guide held in cache.

Judgment and tone are the whole job. Cheap models write cheap copy.

  • Numbers, analysis, forecasting

A reasoning model with code execution. It writes and runs the math instead of guessing at it.

Models shouldn't do arithmetic in their head. Yours won't.

  • Slides, documents, spreadsheets

An agent with document skills that produces the real file: .pptx, .docx, .xlsx, to your template.

The output goes straight into the meeting, not into a copy-paste.

  • Video, voice, and images

Dedicated generation models, chosen per job. We re-test the field every month because the leader changes.

Nobody should guess which video model is good this quarter. We measure.

  • Research and due diligence

Agents with web search, fetch, and citations, fanned out across sources and reconciled.

Breadth without the junior analyst, and every claim links to its source.

  • Software and internal tools

Coding agents inside a harness with tests, review, and deploys automated. Matt directs.

That's how a product ships in 17 days instead of a year.

  • High-volume classification and extraction

A small, fast model with strict output schemas, run in batch.

40x cheaper per token than the frontier tier and just as accurate on narrow tasks.

  • Phones and voice

A realtime voice model with hard rules for when to hand to a human.

Answers at 2 a.m., books the appointment, never traps a customer.

  • Long autonomous jobs

Managed agent sessions with budgets, memory, scheduled runs, and a sandbox to work in.

Overnight reconciliations, weekly reports, monthly audits. Nobody babysits.

The vocabulary

Ten words. Your whole company will speak them.

Nobody in your building should be intimidated by this.

Agent
Software that takes a goal, uses tools, and works until it's done. Not a chat window.
Harness
The scaffolding around an agent: its tools, limits, memory, and the rules for when it asks a human.
MCP
Model Context Protocol. The standard plug that connects an agent to your CRM, files, calendar, database.
Skill
A packaged set of instructions an agent loads for a specific job: your quoting process, your brand voice.
Hook
A rule that fires before or after an agent acts. Approvals, logging, 'never send without a human.'
Eval
A test set that measures whether an agent does the job right. We don't ship without one.
Token
The unit AI is metered in, roughly three quarters of a word. Every bill is a token count.
Context window
How much an agent can hold in mind at once. Up to about 750,000 words today.
Prompt cache
Reusing the parts of a request that don't change. Cached tokens cost about 5% of list price.
Batch
Work that can wait a few hours runs at half price. Most back-office work can wait.

The economics

We run the meter.

AI is metered in tokens. Unmanaged, that's hundreds of thousands a year wasted at enterprise scale. We watch tokens, cache hits, model mix, errors, and cost per task, every week.

Live recreation, sample data

A worked example

2,000 people, 15 agent tasks a day each, 5,000 tokens in and 600 out per task. That's 660,000 tasks a month.

Everything on the frontier model, no cache, no batch
$253,440/yr
Right-sized models, 75% cache hits, 40% batched
$43,481/yr

Same tasks, same quality bar, measured with an eval set. 83% lower. Current first-party list prices, October 2026. Multiply by your headcount.

  • Right model for the job. The frontier tier costs 40x the small tier. Most tasks don't need it. The ones that do, get it.
  • Cache what doesn't change. Your policies, your templates, your product catalog. Cached tokens cost about 5% of list.
  • Batch what can wait. Overnight work runs at half price.
  • Watch the errors. A retry loop nobody notices can burn more than the whole department's real usage.

Watch it work

Software conjured in weeks. Three of ours, live.

None of these existed as a product you could buy. The screens are real; the rows are sample data.

01 · Phalanx · a public adjusting firm

A denial letter lands. The claim reads it.

The file is classified on upload, the fields that matter are pulled out, the gap in the carrier's argument is spotted, and the next two tasks are already on the board. The adjuster reviews and decides. Nobody retypes a policy number.

  • Replaced inboxes, spreadsheets, and hand-reading with one system the firm owns.
  • Reads a denial letter in seconds. Every call logged with time and cost.

02 · Command Center · our own company

An email says "invoice." One tap. Done.

This is how we run Mascolo Solutions. An agent reads the mail, matches it to the project, drafts the invoice, waits for a tap, sends it, updates the board, and reconciles the deposit when it lands. Bookkeeping takes under an hour a week.

  • A one-person company that runs like it has a back office. The agent did 522 things last quarter.
  • We don't sell a way of working we don't use.

03 · Flight Deck · a medical device sales team

Drop an invoice. Get the order.

Built for a sales exec who works from his phone between stops. PDFs become orders. A photographed list of 186 names became 186 contacts in one pass. Every morning there's a queue of who to call and a draft in his own words.

  • Idea to live in 17 days. Forty minutes a day of re-keying, gone.
  • His first reaction, verbatim: "AWESOME."

How we work with you

Let us prove it first.

We start small: one real piece of software or AI integration, built for your company, running in your business. You see it work. Then we talk about the rest.

Step 1

Let us prove it

2 to 3 weeks

Small, fixed fee

Credited toward whatever comes next.

  • We sit with your team and map where the time goes
  • We pick one piece of software or AI integration and build it
  • You watch it run in your business before you decide anything
  • A ranked roadmap for the rest, in plain English
Start here

Step 2

Scope the rest

4 to 10 weeks per project

Fixed, from your roadmap

Priced against the hours it saves, not the hours it takes.

  • Fixed scope, price, and date
  • Weekly demo of working software
  • Deployed on your accounts, handed over with docs
  • Flight Deck and Phalanx are what a build looks like

Step 3

Train everyone

Alongside the first build

Fixed

Delivered role by role.

  • A session per role group, recorded
  • A written guide per role
  • A learning hub so training outlives the session
  • The internal "how we use AI here" handbook

After

Stay on

Monthly

Monthly retainer

The spine of it is training, not maintenance.

  • Hosting and support for everything built
  • A monthly session: what changed in AI, what it means for you, what we're rolling out
  • New-hire onboarding
  • A standing block of improvement hours

Every step is a fixed fee, quoted before it starts. Larger organizations: same path, scoped per department.

How an engagement runs

Six steps. Every time.

  1. 01Audit

    Understand the business

We interview you and every role, then shadow people doing the real work for a few days. Watching beats asking. Nobody reports the 40 minutes a day they spend re-keying the same data.

    Role-by-role map of the work

  2. 02Audit

    Find the leverage

We map where time, errors, and money go, and rank every opportunity by impact and ease. One quick win ships during this step so you see it work before you sign anything bigger.

Ranked roadmap, one quick win live

  3. 03Build

    Rewire the workflows

The processes themselves change: what gets automated, what gets an agent, what stays human, how work hands off. Each one is written down so it survives staff turnover.

    Documented workflows

  4. 04Enablement

    Train every role

Role by role: what the tools are, what they're good and bad at, how to prompt, how to check the output. Written guides and a learning hub so the next hire gets it too.

    Guides, sessions, learning hub

  5. 05Build

    Build the tools

The agents, pipelines, and command center your company will actually run on. Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly demos of working software. Deployed on your accounts. You own it.

    Working software you own

  6. 06Enablement

    Teach you to choose

The goal is a company that can pick the right tool or agent for a new problem without calling us. An internal "how we use AI here" handbook, playbooks, office hours.

    The handbook, and independence

Education

Everyone learns the stack.

Tools nobody understands get abandoned. Every person, at their level, kept current as the field moves.

Leadership

What to bet on and what it costs. How to read the dashboard. Which decisions need a human forever. A monthly brief on what changed in AI and what it means for you.

Managers

Redesigning a workflow around agents. What to automate, what to hand an agent, what stays human. How to measure it. How to onboard a new hire into it.

Every employee

Agents at your desk. How to ask, how to check the output, when to trust it, when not to. Prompting that actually works. Your role's guide, written for your role.

Technical staff

Agents, harnesses, MCPs, skills, hooks, evals, APIs. Token efficiency, caching, batching, model routing. How to build and run the stack after we've built it with you.

What we've shipped

Three companies, after.

Unnamed by agreement. Ask on the call and we'll show you the real thing.

Matt

Why us

Real engineering. Real training. One team.

You're not getting a slide deck and a referral. You're getting a senior architect who builds the software, backed by a small team of specialists in AI systems, security, and training. Between us, there's nothing in this we hand off.

MM

Matt Mascolo

Founder. Architect and builder. Ten years of shipping software.

Over ten years as a working web developer, and architecture is what he's best at: the data model, the system boundaries, the thing that still holds up three years later. That's what makes software conjured in weeks safe to run a company on. Has been building with AI agents since they could barely hold a tool: harnesses, MCP integrations, skills, hooks, evals, multi-agent workflows, and the token economics that make them affordable at scale. Runs his own company on an agent. Ships client software with agents doing most of the engineering under his direction, which is how a product goes live in 17 days. Also builds privacy and accessibility tooling for clinics and public agencies, so the compliance conversation is a short one.

+

The team

A small group of specialists, brought in per project as the work calls for it.

Between us: custom agent harnesses, skills, and multi-agent systems with cache efficiency most teams never reach. Systems programming in Rust for the parts that have to be fast and can't be wrong. Application and server security, so what we deploy on your infrastructure is hardened from day one. And training: programs built and delivered for owner-led companies, by people who know what a rollout looks like from the floor.

We've worked together for years, on each other's tools and each other's clients. You get whoever the job needs, without a bench assembled for the proposal.

You own what we build.

Your accounts, your servers or cloud, your data, your repo. We've replaced recurring vendor fees with owned platforms before. If we vanished tomorrow, your tools keep working.

Privacy, by trade.

We build consent and tracker-audit tooling for clinics and public agencies. This site has no trackers. Your data in an engagement never leaves systems you control.

Together, we can do all of it.

Architecture, code, AI systems, security, business analysis, training, rollout. Nothing in an engagement gets handed to a stranger.

One ask

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you what we'd do first.

Matt on the call, and the right specialist when it helps. No deck.
